On January 10th, 2025,  Gaiurb, EM gathered over 50 of its technicians to showcase the advancements achieved under the Change Toolkit for Digital Building Permits (CHEK) project.

During the session, Gaiurb’s technical team presented key concepts, methodologies, and major developments in BIM, sparking an engaging and productive discussion among participants. The event also encouraged our colleagues to join the CHEK Community of Practice, further solidifying Gaiurb’s commitment to digital innovation.

🎯 Key highlights of the session included:
✅ The development of the city’s digital twin, enabling the future automated verification of urban licensing rules using IFC/BIM models.
✅ Delivering high-quality territorial information for the sustainable and efficient management of urban spaces.

This achievement reflects Gaiurb’s unwavering dedication to innovation, which began with the launch of their digital transformation journey in 2013. Through CHEK, we are not only streamlining processes but also enhancing urban planning services to benefit society and pave the way for a more modern and sustainable future.

The CHEK project is funded by the European Union’s Horizon Europe Programme (G.A. No. 101058559), further establishing Gaiurb’s role as a leader in the digital transition of urban planning.
